Love these when I don't have time to eat to keep me satisfied and remain on low carb low sugar diet. Quick and easy to carry with you. Taste is very good compared to other drinks but texture could be improved a bit but I'm very sensitive to texture.

I had weight-loss surgery in 2013. I use Atkins shakes to help supplement my protein requirements. I highly suggest you use Atkins. This is my favorite flavour... Dark Chocolate Royale. There are a large number of flavours available.

Rich and flavorful

I started consuming this shake after my diagnosis of diabetes. I found the rich chocolate flavor to be at its best when chilled! I can have it for breakfast or dessert when I have a craving for chocolate but don't want full sugar. I found this to be the best tasting flavor of all the protein shakes around.
