Came frozen and broken

Purchsed this item in January for my grandson. Problem wasn't with the product but the way it was shipped. It came frozen and the glass under the white rubber stopper broke as it was thawing out. So small glass shards were then in the tube and a large bubble from air being introduced. The two piece magnet holders were not glued properly so two magnets would stick to one side that you then had to seperate to get one on each side. It wasnt leaking so i didnt try to send it back.
