Its name Ichiban means "number one."

Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best, ramen noodles on the market. The product name itself literally means "Number one," and it lived up to its name. The texture of the noodles is firm and the soup base is very flavorful. It's also less expensive than similar products so it's a great value for the price.

Great noodles hard to find sometimes

You can fix it in the microwave or in a pot on the stove. It's still great. Make sure it's for three minutes because you don't want it to be gummy unless you like it that way. Sometimes it's hard to find these particular noodles at a grocery store.
