Shark SV780 Pet Perfect II 18V Cordless Handheld Vacuum

I lost my hand held sweeper, the best one I have ever had in my 44 years of marriage. It was lost in a car accident, coming home from my daughters, over the Christmas holidays. Yes it was the same model & exact same one. Thank you for not changing a thing about a product that was excellant the first time arround.

Before I bought this product, like many I looked around and read the reviews. Specifically this item in particular, I saw quite a few reviews saying that the suction was weak and the battery life was bad. Taking my chances, I bought this item anyways. When I finally had it in my possession, the instructions say to first charge it before you use it, which I did (I wonder if some people didn't and that is why they have bad battery life). When I first used it, it was great! Suction was powerful, though there are a few times I had to go over the same spot, and the battery is fine (instructions also say to leave it off the charger when not in use until it dies. This is because if you do not use it for a long period of time and it's on the charger, it starts to rely on it and battery life is only minutes when u start using it again). I don't use it very often, maybe once or twice a week for maybe 5 minutes at a time. Although it has vacuum in the name, I consider it a dust buster so I use it as such (maybe that's another reason people say the battery life is bad, they use it as they would a regular vacuum, 20+ minutes at a time). To put it bluntly, I would definitely recommend this product for anyone that is looking for spot cleaning some dirt up. It comes with a few different tips, depending on the area you are vacuuming up, plus I love the color!=]
