Gaiam Print Yoga Mat, Tree of Wisdom, 3mm

After teaching yoga classes 5x/week for the last 5 years, I've come to know Gaiam mats as the ones that are the longest lasting and most durable. I've purchased other brands in the past, and they wear out very quickly and don't last like the Gaiam ones do. As a matter of fact, I taught on one Gaiam mat for 2 years and was ready for a new one - only because I was ready for a new color. So, I "retired" that mat as one my students could use when they forgot their mat, and it's still holding up beautifully 3 years later. I recommend Gaiam mats to my students all the time and will never by another brand for myself. I love my latest mat - purple with the Chakra symbols. Makes me happy every time I roll it out!

Very thin padding and after few days of using for Yoga it became slippery. The color and design is nice!
