new pivot toilet paper holder

Love that it can hold a large roll of toilet paper and be able to spin it without getting stuck. And love the pivoting design to remove/change toilet paper roll. Also Easy to install.

The first steps in the instructions are to affix and level the mounting template. There is no mounting template.
