Runs VERY small and very short!!!

What I received is DEFINITELY not like the picture. I wear a large and ordered a large according to the size chart. It runs super small and only went to mid thigh. No where near the knee as the picture suggests. I should have ordered an XL but I'm guessing it still wouldn't go down to my knee. Very deceiving. I returned it.
