Geocel 2300 Construction Tripolymer Sealant

I have used this product line to seal up leaks in farm metal roofing. Some of the roofing is old, some is newer, but poorly installed. I have used the white version as well as the clear. I suspect that the white might break down quicker, as it does lose its gloss after a couple of years in direct sunlight. This sealant is extremely sticky and I have had to remove it after a few years to tighten down the screws I had sealed. It was tough to do, but it did eventually peel off of the roof, mostly in one piece.
