Steam cleaning works well, but do not steam emeralds or opals as high heat can damage these stones.

Scratches/scuffs, other aesthetic damages, and lost jewelry are not covered by this warranty. Body and diamond jewelry is excluded from this warranty. All jewelry sold by AVORA will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. You must send the piece back to AVORA along with the original purchase receipt. A tracking number must be provided to AVORA to confirm receipt. AVORA covers only one repair or replacement.
