Instructions
Dehydrated meal bowls are fully cooked and dehydrated to preserve  the nutrients.  To prepare the meal bowl:Â
Microwave method:  1. Peel back the lid half way and fill cup to water line with warm water. Add 1/2 of the spice mix and the oil packet. Stir well.  Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes to allow food to begin rehydration. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.  3. Stir well and replace cover. Microwave for 1 more minute.  4. Let rest for 5 minutes , stir well, add additional spice mix to taste and enjoy with the accompaniments. Â
Hot Water Method: pour 1/2 spice mix into cup, then add boiled hot water to the fill line. Add oil packet and stir well. Â Let sit for at least 10-12 minutes to rehydrate. Â Enjoy with the accompaniments!
Safe Handling Instructions
Caution: Food may be too hot after adding hot water or microwaving. Allow to cool.
