Nice !!

No tools were required! I was amazed when I opened the box to find out everything slid into place and I didn't need to nail or screw anything on. The wood is a mixture of finished and nearly finish wood. I purchased a 2 in 1 sanding sponge and sanded it down a bit. And finished the look with a wood stain. Wood stain PROBABLY isn't too good around plants but that I'm not sure of. Might want to research that part LOL but it looks so high end after 1 hour of work. It comes with garden bed liner, to line the bottom. (Soil space is about 10inches filled to top) 5 stars!

Box of Splinters

I gave it a 2 because it's made of natural cedar. That's it. I would not buy this pile of splinters again. There is not a smooth board among them. It's so ugly and rough that I will have to cover it with something to prevent us from getting constant splinters. So that defeats the having natural wood. It was also missing a slat for the bottom so I had to improvise. Oh, and one of the selling points is "no hardware." What they don't tell you is "yes hardware." You have to drill holes to attatch the four covwrs on the side posts. Find another planter made of natural wood. Waste of money.
