The cream works well in combination with Quinine water, B1 Benfotamine, Standard Process Cataplex F and Standard Process Calcium Lactate. I'm a 65 year old male and was suffering with restless leg.Make sure your hemoglobin and Iron levels are in range and stay off of sugar and Carbs before bed. Massage the cream, it really does help.

Never thought it would work
I have severe restless leg syndrome and despite medication , it's not fully controlled. A nurse suggested this lotion and it really does help! I use it nightly and it helps reduce the severity and even some pain. My quality of sleep is much better and I even use it before I get on an airplane.
