I ordered a size 4 toddler which is for my 1.5yr old grand daughter . i ordered the colorful hearts. upon arrival 5wks after ordering when it said next day, they were black hearts and not even close to a toddler size 4. they were infant size 1! this is deceitful and I hope Walmart will stop allowing these sketchy sellers from ruining a century old reputation with great customer service that Walmart is known for.
