Great little ricer well made and easily disassembles for easy cleanup. Only con…that I have is that the metal hinge pin that you have to take a very small rubber/vinyl retaining cap off to disassemble for easy cleanup is very easily lost do to it not being somehow attached. However the manufacturer supplies extra caps in a small ziplock bag in case. Suggestion would be maybe a threaded pin with a wing-nut.
