Essential for the home theater

I use this extra long surge protector behind a set of shelves that hold AV equipment and a variety of game consoles. It's thin, but provides adequate room between outlets. No longer do I have to pick where devices get plugged into based on plug size, or run absolutely everything to one side of the shelves. It's great, there isn't any overcrowding, and access remains easy. I liked it so much I got a slightly smaller unit for the same application in a different location.
