Wonderful for what it costs and how much you get.

It tastes good. Like really good. A depth of flavor and what not. I am a rather picky chef and when I do not want to boil meat for 36 hours, this will fit the bill. Obviously nothing beats the real thing but this is a wonderful measure when you need to serve like a whole family multiple times or if you need it to be easy. It makes a fantastic sauce for Steaks and Even for mashed potatoes.

Really good mix.

This mix is delicious, but I had to figure out how to make one cup instead of quarts. Wish it had different recipe instructions, but I realize this mix is generally for restaurants. Not too salty; sometimes I add Better Than Bouilllon beef to kick up the salt a little bit. I think this container is going to last us a long time.
