Customer service 5 stars case gets 3

I'll give the item 3 stars but the customer service a 5. This item was actually hard and cracked on me, but customer service replaced it with an awesome one when I had contacted them through the email provided in the comments. The new one is a very good product and it does not seem to have any defaults that will cause it to crack and the color is beautiful. The new case was sent to me within a week of my response. Thanks again customer service you are prompt and efficient.
