i had,notice the word had very flakey skin ..lotions did nothing lasting to help..daughter said try eggshells...i have been taking one capsule of this particular brand for approx 4 weeks and noticed rather remarkably that my skin was no longer flakey..even when rubbed, what used to produce visible, collectable snowfall now produces only a red mark on my arm no more snow flurries.. i am more than grateful for my daughters insight....also helped with dandruff... try it be patient for a month or so..
