HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM VENDORS

I ordered another tree that lists as being PRE-LIT. The tree is not pre-lit as I had to wrap the lights around the tree myself!!!! I was SO disappointed in this as I had already sent another tree back because of this very issue. I wish Walmart would explain to their vendors what PRE-LIT means!!! I will not be sending another tree back. I did speak with customer service by phone and she requested a REFUND!!!
