My kids enjoy being able to sit in front of each other. Without the seats make it nice for them to be contained better while being able to move freely. I do find it easier to keep bugs out with an additional bug net from Amazon. The sunshade and netting that it comes with make it nice to ensure no one touches my kids. No idea why people have that thought to touch someone else's kids while shopping. The set up was easy. My kids love going in and out of the wagon through the zippered door in the front. Granted they can't do it if their seats are in but without it being in the way they love it. They love the freedom of the wagon vs a normal double stroller.
