Great phone but battery health low

Honestly the screen and the phone itself came is basically mint condition. I couldn’t find the cosmetic issues at all! The speakers worked well and had no issues setting it up with my carrier. Overall it works great and I’m fairly happy with it. The reason I am giving it a 4/5 stars is because I was hoping that the battery health would be higher then what I got and it almost made me return the phone. I was hoping for a 95% or up but instead the battery health was a 93%. I know iPhone are known to have bad battery’s so I wanted something higher for battery health. However, to have the battery replaced it will be $69 so either way this is still the cheaper option then buying it directly from apple or even getting a refurbished iPhone from Amazon which would have the same issues. Overall I recommend it if you want a new iPhone but don’t want to pay the iPhone price.
