Do not buy. These balloons suck. Bought for a first birthday. One was able to be inflated out of a pack of 12. Once you get one ear inflated the balloon will split. In the middle. Yes all 11 balloons out of a 12 pack. We're defective. Do not spend the $28.98. On this product unless you want to learn the hard way like we did. The seller PMU brands should be taking off of Walmart.com

Disappointed

They looked beautiful when they were inflated BUT that didn't last long. They either popped while you were trying to tie them or just on their own with no one touching them. We tried with both regular air, blowing up on our own and helium. Nothing kept them going except for 4 out of the 50 we got. Very disappointed.
