I purchased this set of 6 dining chairs, and it has been a complete disappointment. After carefully assembling all of them according to the exact instructions, I found that not a single chair sits evenly on the floor. Every single one wobbles significantly. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and not an assembly issue. I reached out to the seller over two weeks ago requesting return, compensation, or a resolution, and I have received no response whatsoever. It's unacceptable to pay this much for a product that is unusable, then be ignored when asking for help. Save yourself the frustration, these chairs look nice in the pictures but are poorly made, unstable, and backed by terrible customer service.
