ODUSE-DAILY's communication has been poor. They requested photos of the damaged item, but have not responded in 6 days. I am stuck with damaged chairs that I have not been able to return. You should not use this seller and you should be willing to step in and help when your seller does not respond.

I am extremely frustrated and dissapointed with the lack of customer service that has been provided to me regarding my return request for 4 dining room chairs. despite numerous attempts to speak to a live person It continues to be impossible. I am requesting a return lable to be sent to me ASAP. the chairs received are not the same as the picture and I cannot use them.
