Horrible Customer Service

Seller does not provide legitimate tracking information. After ordering 22 vests on January 25, 2024 I received 10 of them. When I checked tracking for the other 12 it was unavailable. I reached out to seller numerous times and seller repeatedly gave the excuse that the product was returned and they had to repackage and could not produce any tracking info that was legitimate. Finally on February 14 I asked for a refund. Seller told me they were in transit again and would check with the warehouse and get me tracking info. As of February 18 I am no closer to receiving my 12mvests or tracking info. I have repeatedly requested a refund and at this point the seller is accusing me of fraudulently purchasing the vests from seller because they are alllegedly on the way and I cannot receive a refund for something they sent. At this point I believe that I am the one who is being frauded because they refuse to refund the 12 remaining vests, have received payment for them and cannot produce anything to verify shipping, which by the way was over $100. Buyer beware!
