It does more than you would think.
This is my first time taking BioMatrix Licorice Root Extract and I was not aware of all the benefits this offers. You can take to help with PMS as well as menopause and since I am in the stage almost to menopause it really has helped with my PMS issues. One of the other benefits that hits home for me is it aids in the help with blood sugars. I worry a great deal about where they are at and I have noticed a nice difference. Fatigue, anxiety and depression can be helped by taking this and I seriously wish I had known this long ago. It really can make a difference You do not need to take a lot which makes this extremely nice and it really seems to make a difference for me. The dropper makes this easy to take so no excuses made by me.

Great taste!
I am new to licorice extract. I do take other supplements for my chronic stomach problems. This licorice tastes good! I am pleasantly surprised! It's thick so I only need 2-3 drops in my tea everyday. You can take more , it's up to you. It do think the licorice aids in my digestion. I would recommend this product.

Couldn't feel better
I have noticed since using that I have more energy, able to do longer walks without getting tired. I feel fantastic. To my surprise I am amazed at the results. I recommend this to anyone who is a healthy person like myself who believe in herbs and natural health improvements.
