I have a storage building that's over 9 yrs old , Skylights have all separated where the lights fold at the peak and leak, also have heavy leaking of the sky dome where they have seperated from the roof where it is mounted, screws could not be removed to reseal and had cracking of dome also. Jonny was a great help, understood what I was talking about very polite and helpful. He figured out which parts I needed and they on their way to me, covered under the ten year warranty . I can't say enough good thinks about customer service, real pleasure to speak customer service without any wait time and no need to play push button games to get help!!! I'll be a customer for life !!
