Chicken and rice - so nice!
I'm diabetic and single so meal prep gets put on back burner till it becomes urgent. I mix a little rotisserie chicken in with the basmati rice and within a few minutes I'm eating a warm meal!

The best white rice I have ever tasted.
I love this Basmati rice. It cooks to the perfect texture. I find the Jasmine rice to have an odd texture and very bland taste. I use this rice for just about everything. Well, I should say used to. I had to switch away from white rice. Thankfully I found the brown rice with quinoa. The convenience of these pouches for work time lunches is awesome.
