These are so good. I cut them in slices and place them on Spam sprayed cookie sheet. The Spam gives them a slight crunch. Also can be used for a giant birthday cookie. All in all, great product for fresh baked cookies and you don't have to use it all up at once. I cover the end of tube with plastic when I just want a few cookies and store in fridge for the next fresh baked batch. Definitely recommend.
