Nightmare Return Experience

The chairs are cute but not very comfortable if you are any taller than about 5'4". That being said, you need to be 150% sure you like anything you buy from SAFAVIEH (and potentially any other 3rd party seller) because this has been an absolute nightmare of a return experience. From the incorrect number of return labels, to gaslighting about return status, to the incorrect number of chairs being refunded. I am still waiting on my refund a month later.
