Truly helps!
I am pleasantly surprised to report that I am thoroughly happy with the results of this product! I have been feeling very “foggy” the past few years dealing with post menopausal issues. It took a week or so to feel different, and to adjust down to one pill (to not feel jittery) and I am so very pleased as I thought I might be heading down the road my poor mother went in with dementia:( I am not usually a “review” leaver , but this product is way too special not to share!

First Supplement I Actually Felt a Difference
This is the first supplement I can actually feel the difference with. Pretty impressed. I feel like I am calm, collected, and focused when I start my day. This pairs every well with my ADHD medication. Love the blend of Ashwaghandha and L-Carn and Ginko.

Great supplement, Not a great price
Love the product. Hate the price. Seems Thorne is creeping prices up across the board and pushing me to break my loyalty! I'll continue using the product but if it keeps going up the rate it is, there is similar products from high quality brands a lot cheaper.
