Anh, left Vietnam with her parents, Mamma Thu & Pappa Le, when she was just 6 years old. They survived pirate attacks and found refuge in the United States in the late 1980s. Years later, Anh & her parents, settled down in St. Louis, MO where Anh attended school for nursing. Anh met Joseph in 2004, got married in 2008 & ended up settling down in Texas in 2021 when Joseph became a hotel General Manager. Part of building a life together included their weekly trips to a local Pho restaurant, which became cherished family tradition. However, when the pandemic struck, their beloved Pho outings vanished, and the demanding nature of their careers left little time for hours-long Pho preparation. Determined to reintroduce their favorite meal into their lives, the entire family rallied to brainstorm a way to create authentic Pho in a fraction of the time. Drawing from Mama Thu's wisdom, and her cherished Pho family recipe, Anh embarked on an experimental journey, refusing to compromise on flavor, taste, or authenticity.
