Excellent!

We love this brand's high quality and taste. The ingredients are always perfect for a person on a gluten free diet. If you follow the recipe on the package they always turn out great. The serving sizes are also generous. We use these for dinner when we have a special event or guests.

A FAVORITE!

I use this all the time, in cold salads and in soups and sometimes just with garlic butter. It has a great consistency and I especially like that it's Gluten Free! Perfect for making Tuna Salad. Boils up easily and holds it's firmness even when stored in containers in the refrigerator. Great product I buy it again and again.

Only Gluten Free Malafda

I have never seen another gluten free brand make a malfalda pasta shape. This is my favorite noodle for so many recipes. The size of the noodles is perfect for either using in a pasta dish or for adding to a soup. I make a lasagna soup with browned sausage, tomato and red pepper boxed soup, these noodles and fresh ricotta on top and it's so wonderful.
