Easy to install with the two phillips screws included, and easy to use. I'm using this light, installed flat against the wall, as a temporary solution for a troublesome overhead light. There is an easy-to-use switch for the light color - from soft white to cool white to bright white/daylight - and a separate button for the five light levels. The light bar is easy to adjust, and rotates through an approximate ninety degree angle. If you're looking for a motion sensing light, this light does not have a sensor for that.
