Great binos

With the quality of glass and ease of use in products that Vortex puts out, I don't understand why people spend hundreds (or even thousands) on binos. I'm impressed with how clear and bright objects appear when viewed through this glass. These are relatively compact and ride snug on the chest so they don't get in the way when there's work to be done.

Good Customer Service

I bought these as a birthday gift for my son, the packaging I received was damaged and not suitable to be given as a gift. Contacted customer service and arrangements to return and replace the binoculars was swiftly put in motion. I received the replacement today and I am well pleased with the service departments swift action.

Excellent glass

I don't understand the rationale for spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars on optics when Vortex has glass like this available. Bright and clear image that provides plenty of contrast to allow you to pick out your subject easily. So far, my family has used this product for bird-watching, but I'm looking forward to taking it into the woods with me this fall.
