Nice Knobs!

I thought your communication informing me of the status of my order was great. I thought the packaging was great. The box protected it from damage through the mail. I thought the price for shipping and handling was a bit much for a plastic knob...almost $9.00 for that. All in all I was satisfied. The fact that you want customer feedback tells me you are trying to keep customers happy with your company and I give you 5 stars for it all.
