This item was paid for by my debit card and I requested to be reimbursed the full amount since it was left outside in the RAIN. I spoke with the AI rep and gave complete details. My neighbor saw the delivery being tossed over the locked gate on the front and never delivered to me. I was never called and the bed was delivered on a different date than I was given. It was never delivered to me nor has there been a refund issued nor received a call by anyone from this office.
