    Dellicious, Healthy and versatile

    I have been a fan of quinoa for as long as it has been available on the American market. Not only is Bob's Red Mill the best quinoa I have ever eaten, it is also a versatile and really healthy addition to any kitchen. I use it in place of rice, couscous, barley and other small grains. It is excellent in Mexican recipes, Middle eastern dishes and yes, can even be used to make dessert puddings.

    Bob's Red Mill has everything you need to live a healthful life!

    I've been using Organic Quinoa from Bob's Red Mill for several years now and I really enjoy the health benefits alongside the wonderful flavor. I always cook it up in advance in either low sodium vegetable juice or no sugar added fruit juice. I use part that day, and freeze the remainder. By changing up the seasonings, I can further change the flavor. Then I simply add it to my favorite soup or chili recipe and receive the healthful nutrition inside! Thank you Bob's!

    BRM red quinoa ..

    I've been buying this quinoa for years.. this is the best tasting and cooking quinoa that I've found.. and I've tried many brands.. pre-rinsed, taste great..so versatile i recently started using the red quinoa in salad dishes and vegan chili..so versatile to swap out less healthy choices
