I had an old sewing machine with a broken bobbinwinder. I was told that the repair shop was unable to get a new bobbinwinder for it since the part was no longer made. I found this portable bobbinwinder on line and was thrilled. I did NOT want to get rid of my machine since it belonged to my grandmother; so the portable bobbinwinder made sewing on Grandma's machine possible and was a perfect solution!

Saves time, great little product

My Singer machine got "out of time' and would not rewind the bobbin. Instead of $$$ for repair, since it sewed just fine...I ordered this bobbin winder. How great is modern technology.. I love this little thing. It has an electric plug, but can also use batteries. Compact, fun to use and saved me money and time.
