Stalwart Portable Tool Box with Small Parts Organizer and Removable Tray

Item shipped in manufactures box without any padding - box is right against the sides/top/bottom and latches on the front. This allows damage in shipping. When put into the box at the factory, the left latch wasn't latched and the release was sticking out and the box, obviously with the packaging, was punctured here and delivered with the latch protruding from the box. The delivery driver was running behind and I assumed that's why he left it out by my garage instead of coming to the front door like normal, knocking and leaving delivery there. He saw the damage and didn't want to deal with it so he left it at the garage and ran. The "stainless steel" is covered with a protective film that the manufacturer removes AFTER assembly, leaving bits of this white plastic wrap exposed at every place the stainless steel meets the cheap plastic. The plastic has a broken corner laying in the box and cracks elsewhere due to the cheap/poor packaging. The....metal is warped along the front. The latches feel VERY cheap and their mounts for them don't even extend to the bottom of the latch, leaving a large space at the bottom of the latches not attached to anything. I would have done much better ordering from Home Depot, Lowes, Menards or Big Lots/Odd Lots. Also, this site won't allow me to upload jpeg photos to show the condition.
