The best!!!

I decided to try these because hot flashes and FL heat combined is horrible. I can carry a fan but that doesn't help in there. These things are amazing. I love that they are reusable and you can throw them in the fridge/ freezer to get them ready to go again. I've even brought a zip lock bag and put them in the cooler to get cold while out and about. Whoever came up with them, best idea ever. You can use them whenever and they are comfortable to wear and not bulky at all. I highly recommend!

Wonderful idea

These inserts are such a relief. I find myself using them all the time morning and night. The cooling lasts a pretty long time and gives tremendous relief. They are not that bulky so they are comfortable to wear. I am so happy with these and I can easily recommend them.

These are really helpful in cooling down areas that get very hot. It helps so much if you are in that stage of life. Hot flash? Grab those pads and put them where you need them. I know I will use these a lot in the summer so I'm very happy with them.
