I received these vitamin c supplements from the walmart spark reviewer program, and wanted to use them for a good amount of time, so I could form an honest and goodness open minded opinion on the product, before just jumping up and posting a review. Now I have been using these fresh healthcare liposomal vitamin c 1500mg capsules for a quite a while now. I take one in the morning and one at night. I suffer from terrible arthritis in my wrists, hands and fingers. The first positive thing I noticed was the pain in my wrist is gone, the pain in my hands and fingers is wayyyy less noticeable.
