Works Great! But can't replace my light bulb

Really love the look and the fan works great but I wanted to put in a brighter light bulb and for the lifr of me I can't figure out how to move the brackets!

Hi Shellie, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent 770RLTK purchase. We are so happy to learn that you love the look and the fan is working great! To remove the glass shade, pull out the spring-loaded hood and remove the latch that is hooked over the rim of the glass shade. There are two stationary hooks that help to hold it in place as well. Good product but sucks that they don't sell parts

I bought this and was taking off the glass to clean it and one of the brackets that hold the glass broke. Cannot order just the brackets, this is why you have so many missing pieces as now I am going to the store and buy a new one and take the brackets out of it! Then return it saying all the parts were not there. All you have to do is sell the parts separately!
