I really like the little pieces of garlic in this Cajun sauce. I haven't had one like that before and that's a nice touch. Gives the sauce some texture and extra punch. It's tangy and has the flavor I like but this one has a little twist I like. I'll get this one again for sure.

I don't make a lot of Cajun food, but I purchased this Cajun hot sauce because I loved the other two sauces from this brand. I found that there is a delicious and unique quality about each one and I was curious to see how this hot sauce differs from other Cajun sauces. This sauce is so yummy! Not only could I really taste the lemon but there are pieces of garlic in every bite which created a tangy flavor that was beyond satisfying.
