Wonderfully light but slick push rims

This wheelchair is wonderfully light and easy to use. My two big complaints are 1) the push rims are super slick. I had to add texture so that I could push myself. 2) The seat is very high off the ground and not adjustable. I'm fairly tall and my legs only reach the ground if I have on shoes, which is fine as I only use this outside of my home. I do really like the chair otherwise.
