I choose these due to the fact I have to keep a snack nearby in case of low blood sugar level. And low salt IS much better and healthier: Not just for me: for Everyone. Have you ever looked, or noticed just how much salt is in the foods we consume? It really adds up quickly...not very healthy. We do what we can to improve though.

Ritz Hint of Salt Crackers Taste Terrific

I buy Ritz Hint of Salt Crackers every two weeks during my Walmart shopping trip. It is our go-to cracker because it is delicious, low calorie, low salt (only 30 mg!) and low-fat. My husband even uses it with salsa and guacamole when watching football instead of less-healthy tortilla chips. The crackers stay fresh and crispy in the wrappers, too.

Great low-sodium Cracker Option!!!

Ritz Hint of Salt crackers are an excellent option for those on a low-salt diet who still love the taste of the original Ritz cracker. I have a few of these --- instead of the higher calorie, higher sodium sliced breads --- with eggs for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch, peanut butter and apples for snacks. Delicious!!!
