These taste amazing, and they are super easy to prepare in the microwave. You do have to keep them frozen, but they heat up in just a minute. They are also really good in a frying pan if you are frying up eggs. Tip: Fry these first and get the sausage flavor in your oil before the eggs.

Best Vege Sausage Around
Excellent sausage substitue. Can be eaten whole or chopped up to be put into lasagna, quiche or anyother dish which my call for sausage. Is definitely lower in animal fat than regualr sausage ad because it is not a meat product is usually quite digestable. Will keep in the freezer until you are ready to use them and can be cooked up in a frying pan on the stove, on a plate in the microwave or in the air fryer. I actually enjoy the texture of this item better than regular sausage as it has all of the flavor and none of the grease.
