Unmatched Tiers

The curtain itself is pretty as pictured but one tier came about 1-1/2 inch longer than the other. The company wanted to save on shipping so told me to measure the tier to send out another. The exchange tier (though I expected a perfect complete pair or exact replacement according to my measurement) was STILL OFF!! The difference wasn't that bad to send back but, BEWARE. I have not experienced any mixed match product from ANY company before.
