The Doctor's Brushpicks are excellent because there is a brush on one end and a pick on the other end. I can get the spaces between my teeth cleaned out with the pick end, and get underneath my bridgework with the brush end. The brush end is also great for the spaces between my teeth, after using the pick end, for a better clean.
