It will prevent loads from slipping or falling, providing necessary support during transportation. It comes with adjustable height for multiple connections and a D-Ring to connect your chain when securing the loads. Additionally, it’s compatible with all standard stake pockets of 2" x 4" and includes a locking hitch and cotter pins for secure locking. • Measurements: Our steel pocket pipes are available in 54" lengths, including 48" top and 6" bottom parts. The top part includes seven 1/2" pre-drilled holes whereas the bottom includes 4-pin holes. The width of the pocket pipe is 3-1/2" whereas the extended side plate has a size of 1-3/8". It’s compatible with a standard 2" x 4" stake pocket. However, do check the size of your stake pocket before purchasing the pipe.
• Sturdy Construction: We have curated this c-channel pipe stake from robust steel material and coated it to ensure strength under changing pressure and environmental conditions. The coating will prevent the pipe from corrosion and rust, ensuring durability and longevity despite continuous use. It’s further composed of 1/8" thick steel to ensure durability and uninterrupted performance.
• Adjustable Design: The steel pipe stakes for flatbeds have 1/2" pre-drilled holes for adjustable height. The upper part has 7 holes at a distance of 6" that goes from top to bottom. The bottom part of the pipe also has 4 pre-drilled holes for secure connection, providing you with the ideal height you want. The pipe stakes have no working load limit as it’s used to support goods from falling during transit.
• Includes D-Ring: We have welded the D-Ring near the bottom plate of the stake pipe. It provides a secure attachment point for cargo tie-downs, such as chains. You can easily loop chains or straps through a 5/8" D-ring, tightening and securing the cargo firmly to the trailer. It’s like an additional security checkpoint that prevents cargo from shifting and moving during transit.
• Removable Steel Stake Pipes: Another key factor in our steel pipe stakes is that you can easily install and remove from the sockets along the sides of the flatbed trailer. You will receive two locking hitches with cotter pins to secure the bottom part of the pipe, keeping it intact to a place. Thus, making it a versatile design that fits various flatbed trailer haulers.
